How we count — the strict version
- Chronological evaluation: each signal is replayed day by day. The first event decides the outcome.
- Stop-loss first: if price hits the stop, it's a loss — even if it recovers later. Same-day ambiguity also counts as a loss.
- Fixed 14-day window: a target hit after the window doesn't count. No open-ended "eventually it worked out".
- Win rate basis: decided signals only (wins + losses). Expired-in-window signals are shown separately, not buried.
- Buy calls only: WATCH ideas are monitoring flags, not buy recommendations — they are excluded from the track record entirely (never counted as wins or losses).
In June 2026 we audited our evaluation code, found a bug that overstated historical results, fixed it, and re-evaluated every signal ever sent under the stricter rules above. The numbers on this page are the corrected ones — and they update automatically as new signals close.
