MarketPulseBot does NOT provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All signals, analyses, and content are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. You should:

Marcus Webb is an AI-generated brand persona used in MarketPulseBot's videos, podcasts, and social media content. He is not a real person. The signals are produced by an automated AI system. The persona exists to provide a consistent voice for the data-driven content.

6. Subscription & Payments

Free tier: One free daily signal, no payment required
Paid tier: $4.99/month (Founding Member price), billed monthly via PayPal
Free trial: 3-day free trial for new subscribers
You may cancel at any time through PayPal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law

7. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@marketpulsebot.app.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not redistribute, resell, or share paid content with non-subscribers
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service
